Modeler EC

This manufacturing engineering configuration for Microstation uses advanced solid modeling, rendering and product design techniques specific for the needs of mechanical and manufacturing engineers.  The product's history tree and advanced boolean and free-form solid modeling abilities, plus the ability to import and export data using industry-standard files for stereolithography and other rapid prototyping technologies makes this the most comprehensive manufacturing design product on the market

It combines 3D solid modeling, advanced surface modeling, assembly management, sheet metal unfolding and complete 2D and 3D drafting functionality.  Powered by the Parasolid® modeling kernel, Modeler possesses fast speed and robustness in many areas of solid modeling such as blending, thin shelling, tubular solids and model cross-sections.  Its assembly design and management system provides tools to construct, manipulate and modify complex assemblies with ease.  A 3D-constraint management system provides real-time solutions to range-of-motion equations for assembly optimization.

TriForma EC

Architects natural think in 3D.  MicroStation TriForma takes that ability and applies it intuitively to IT-based engineering for architecture using the concept of the Single Building Model for architects, building services, designers and more.  TriForma's unique 3D abilities easily translate from and to 2D designs--work on the 2D elevation, and TriForma adapts it into the 3D single building model.  When you design in 3D, TriForma automatically generates 2D working drawings for you at any point.  This product also forms the basis for a number of yet more advanced architectural and building services products available from Bentley.

TriForma includes 3D solids for AEC design.  The easy-to-use modeling tools allow you to quickly sculpt, modify, section and visualize your conceptual design.  As the design moves through production, all of your 2D drawings and reports--plans, sections, elevations, details, specifications, bills of materials and cost estimates--are automatically generated from the Single Building Model.

GeoGraphics EC

This geoengineering solution unites the capabilities of CAD systems and GIS features in one product.  It offers comprehensive and industry-leading mapping, GIS and engineering tools, with industry-standard data import and export abilities.  This product forms the basis of advanced mapping, raster image processing and collaboration of such data across the Internet and networks.

GeoGraphics provides a broad range of mapping and spatial analysis tools to MicroStation, delivering a powerful, extensible and easy-to-use GIS/mapping environment.  It allows you to integrate engineering and mapping applications by providing tools to input, validate, manage, analyze and visualize geographical information.  It compliments MicroStation with spatial analysis functionality and enhanced database capabilities.  GeoGraphics manages a diverse combination of vector data, raster data and non-spatial attributes.  Feature management, line clean-up, and linear and polygonal topology comprise GeoGraphics.  It is binary compatible with Intergraph's MGE data and projects.  You can quickly and easily visualize mapping data with its thematic mapping and annotation functions.

Schematics

MicoStation® Schematics® creates intelligent schematic designs in the process and plant industry.  Registration for this product allows access to the ANSI module only, but opens the door to a comprehensive plant, process and discrete manufacturing engineering by uniting data from other CAD products and incorporating it into the Single Engineering Model.  The intelligent schematic designs represent connectivity, topology and hierarchy of your engineering systems.

Schematics provides the core technology to create and apply schematic designs using real components, such as pipes and valves, rather than using mere graphic elements like lines and circles.  Technology to convert existing computer-aided design-based drawings to new component-based models is provided by Schematics and can connect components and their information to enterprise applications and databases.

CivilPAK EC

This application to Microstation uses the robust GEOPAK® technology for civil engineering.  It provides digital terrain modeling, plan production, and horizontal and vertical geometry tools which automate coordinate geometry creation and alignment generation.
