The purchase of perpetual licenses and SELECT are not covered in this subscription, but any money left in the Cloud Services Subscription (CSS) at the end of the year rolls over to the next year!
Usage is now calculated in 10 minute increments instead of 1 hour.
Usage less than 10 minutes is eliminated from the count.
If you overuse in one month, you are only charged for that month, not the whole quarter.
